4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless stated otherwise (e.g., preorders or limited drops).

• Delivery times vary based on location and carrier.

• Quadit.store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer 14-day returns from the date of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact support@quadit.store with your order number.

Items that are custom-made, limited edition, or discounted may not be eligible for return unless defective.

6. Product Information

We strive to display accurate product images, colors, and descriptions. However, minor variations may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or production tolerances.
All designs and branding are exclusive to Quadit.store and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
